For a number of years we have been having our newspaper delivered by Mitchell’sNY seven days a week. They also deliver as published certain periodicals that we subscribe to like New York Magazine. One of the best things we ever did was to team up with Mitchell’sNY for delivery because we have had outstanding service. And how truly wonderful it is on cold mornings, wet days, to have the paper waiting just outside our door! The newspaper is outside our apartment door morning after morning. However, on the very rare occasion that we did not receive the paper the wonderful Tina and her staff are terrific at straightening out the situation and getting the missing paper to us asap. Personal service and delivery at Mitchell’sNY are outstanding.

Mitchell'sNY Mags Express Service is a lifesaver for us. We publish professional magazines for Dentists and discovered that the Post Office will not deliver these magazines to individual mail slots via their EDDM program. Without Mags Express we would have no viable option to get these magazines to residents in NYC.
